OUR TERMS

Provided that you are a first business owner, starting your first business and you are below 25 years, and you are thinking of setting up your first business, you may
approach us for a limited free consulting time under following terms.

You are eligible for 6 free consulting hours during 6 weeks for free provided that you meet the terms.

Consulting hours will be accessible online or on sight provided that our professional experts will be accessible in the country.

You will be eligible to receive short memos, notes, emails or other materials, we do not provide you with free service delivery (implementation), unless we agree to such service, only consultations are free of charge.

Disclaimer: we hold a limited guarantee for consultations provided, you may not hold us accountable for any direct damages, claims resulting from unrealized business ventures etc.

Total number of consulting hours free of charge is spread across several weeks, you are eligible for 2 hourly session during one week, depending on your needs, maximum period for pro bono consulting services stretches over 6 weeks.

We reserve the right to refuse to service you should your business ventures interfere with regulations of your country, may lead to breach of professional or ethical norms.

HOW IT WORKS

You will contact us and provide us with insights, area of expertise you seek for your business (Note: before proceeding, review areas of expertise of Finaided
Advisory Partners).

We will conduct a short 20-30 min call (free of charge) during which we will secure required information, ask critical questions in order to identify how we
could help your business to adress key concerns / challenges.

Provided that we agree on free consultations, both parties will sign NDA (Non disclosure Agreement) which will secure full discretion.

Both parties will sign a short agreement, an order summarizing the terms of our service.

After each consulting session, you will receive a short summary of discussed topics, recommendations etc.

In exceptional circumstance, we might extend our cooperation beyond committed consulting 6 hrs (e.g. in the past we did so for a young 19 years old
entrepreneur starting his own family business).
