Free (pro bono) mentoring for young finance professionals is an invaluable resource that focuses on career development, overcoming daily business challenges, and navigating the complexities of the finance world.

As we were mentored in the past by our experienced colleagues Finaided Advisory Partners have decided to offer free mentoring to young professionals with limited experience working in finance (accounting, controlling, tax, treasury, reporting etc.). This is our way to give back to society and pass expertise and experience we were shared in the past by other leaders and our colleagues.

How we are ready to help you

Free mentoring offers a chance to benefit from our extensive experience and help you to navigate through transformating landscape of finance through guidance on essential skills, insights into organizational dynamics, and help you, mentees, to develop strategies to overcome obstacles at work, gain valuable insights into our profession and thus, facilitate development of your professional career. In addition, mentors can provide advice on making the most of training opportunities and aligning professional goals with career growth. This mentoring relationship fosters confidence, accelerates learning, and helps mentees gain a better understanding of industry nuances.

OUR TERMS

You are a young finance professionals starting your career in finance (lessthan 3 years of working experience in the field) and you are under 28 yearsold.

Your profession is in finance (accounting, controlling, treasury, reporting,consolidation) or project management.

You are ready to meet online or in person at least once a week consistentlyduring

Total hours of mentoring is limited for the period of 6 months, unless agreeddifferently, total number of mentoring consultations will not exceed 20 hours

You are disciplined and able to prepare upfront for each mentoring session(short description of topics you would like to discuss, challenges to beaddressed etc.)

HOW IT WORKS

You contact us through our form with short description of your educational and professional backround (no need to provide us with your detailed CV) and you expectations from our mentoring program.

We will come back to you within few days with suggestion for a short 20-30
min online call where we would inquire you about your expectations.

After the call we will let you know whether we are able to assist you as mentors and we will agree on schedule, content and structure of our mentorship program.

We reserve the right to refuse you, mainly when our capacity is stretched, we are able to provide assistance to limited number of mentees.

Provided you disengage from the program without any reasonable explanation or, you will fail to show up for our sessions, we will terminate our relationship.
Our time is precious and we are ready to provide this pro bono work for those who are trully interested and committed to our mentorship support.
